Vedlaxmi Developers And Designers Private Limited is based out of Rutuparna, Flat No C-403 in Baner. We also work on several plots nearby, including Sno. 141 and 161. We do both the designing and the actual building, which keeps us pretty busy most of the time. Our office is usually a bit of a mess with sketches, material samples, and half-empty cups of tea, but we like it that way. It feels like a real workspace. Baner has changed so much since we first started, and we’ve been here to see it all happen. We aren't a massive corporate entity. We’re just a small group of people who are passionate about building things that look good and work well. We don't use marketing language or try to sell ourselves with big promises. We just show people what we can do and let them decide. Sometimes the design process takes a while because we want to get everything just right. We’re honest about how long things take and how much they’re going to cost. We think it’s better to be upfront than to have surprises later on. Being on the fourth floor at Rutuparna gives us a nice place to work, even if we’re usually buried in paperwork or out at a site. We’re just local builders and designers trying to do our part in the neighborhood. It’s simple, honest work and we’re glad to be doing it.
