VEDANTA BUILDCON LLP is situated in the Pashan area of Pune. Our office is located at Plot Number 11 in the Bhuvaneshwar Co-op SHG Society. Pashan is a nice part of Pune City, a bit quieter than the main downtown area but still quite busy. We’ve been operating out of this society for a while. It’s a cooperative housing society, so our office is integrated into a residential neighborhood. This gives it a more friendly, local feel than a cold office park. We have a simple setup inside with the basic furniture we need to run our buildcon business. There are usually a few of us here going over plans or talking to clients on the phone. We don't have a big reception area or any flashy decorations. It’s just a functional space where work happens. Being on Plot 11 means we are easy to find once you get inside the Bhuvaneshwar society gates. We like being in Pashan because it’s well-connected but still has some trees and a bit of breathing room. Most of our day is spent managing various construction tasks and making sure everything is moving along. We don't really go for big marketing talks. We are just a group of people working in the construction sector, trying to do our jobs from our office in Pune. It’s a straightforward way to run a business, and that’s how we like it. We hope to stay here for a long time.
