VB KARALE BUILDCON PRIVATE LIMITED is based out of Pune, specifically in the Kalewadi area. Our office is actually inside a residential complex called Sonigara Vihar. We are in Wing C, and the flat number is 107. It’s on the first floor or so, depending on how you count the levels there. The survey number is 85/2 and we are right in Adarsh Nagar. It’s a quiet enough spot compared to the main roads, which helps when we need to get through the daily construction planning. Since we are in a flat, it feels more like a home than a stiff office. There’s usually someone at the desk handling the local buildcon projects we have going on. Kalewadi is growing quite a bit, so being right here in Adarsh Nagar makes sense for us. We don't have a big lobby or a receptionist in a suit. It’s just the team sitting around a few tables with our computers. Often, there’s a lot of talk about materials and site visits. We have been in this spot for a while and the neighbors know us. It’s a simple setup. We use the kitchen area for tea breaks and the living room is where the main work happens. The Sonigara Vihar buildings are pretty easy to spot once you get into the lane. We are just regular people working on building projects in the Pune area. Nothing fancy, just our local business running out of Flat 107 in Wing C, getting the job done.
