Vasudha Landmarks

We are located over at 50/51 Baner Gaon. Our office is called Vasudha House. It sits near the Koramangala Industrial Area, so it stays pretty busy around here. We deal with land and various building projects. It involves a lot of looking at maps and talking to contractors on the phone. The office is usually a bit of a mess with blueprints and stacks of paper everywhere. We aren't the type of company to have a polished lobby or a receptionist. It is more of a place where we actually sit down and do the work. We’ve been involved in this local area for quite a while now. We know which plots are good and which ones might have some problems. It takes a lot of time to get anything finished in the construction business. There is always some kind of delay with the materials or the labor. We just try to keep the projects moving as best as we can. The staff here is small and we mostly know each other's families. It is a local operation through and through. We don't have a big corporate structure or anything like that. If you come by, you will probably see us checking something on a site plan. We use old desks that have been here since we first started. The industrial area nearby keeps the surroundings noisy but we like the energy.
