VASTUVAN PROMOTERS AND BUILDERS PRIVATE LIMITED

Our spot is located at number 1872 in Shikrapur, which is a bit of a drive out from the main Pune city. It's a growing area, lots of dust and new structures going up everywhere you look. We started Vastuvan Promoters and Builders Private Limited because we saw how much work needed to be done in this part of the district. It isn't anything fancy. We have a basic office where we look over blueprints and talk to contractors. Most of our day is spent on site, wearing boots and making sure things are moving along. The weather gets really hot out here in Maharashtra during the summer months, but we just get on with it. We handle the building side of things and try to keep everything organized, though sometimes schedules get messy with the rain or supply delays. That's just how the construction business goes. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It's just a few of us making sure the foundations are right. We’ve lived around Pune for a long time, so we know the land. If someone needs to find us, they just head toward Shikrapur. It’s a quiet place except for the sounds of hammers and drills. We are just local builders trying to do a decent job with the houses we’re putting up. There's always coffee in the pot if someone stops by.
