Our office is tucked away in the City Bay building over on Dhole Patil Road. If you know Pune, you know how busy this area gets during the day. We are up on the fourth floor in unit 401A. It’s a decent spot for Vastutriaa Lifespaces LLP to operate from because we are right in the middle of everything. We don't really go for the whole corporate vibe you see in some of those big firms downtown. We are just a group of people who know a thing or two about lifespaces and how people actually live in this city. Some mornings start with a lot of tea and looking over messy piles of paperwork. We’ve been around SR 347B for a bit now, and we’ve seen the skyline change quite a bit from our window. People ask what we do, and it’s simple really—we just work on projects that make sense for the neighborhood. No fancy slogans here. We spend our time talking to engineers and making sure things are moving along at the sites. It’s a lot of practical work and not much sitting around in big leather chairs. If you’re ever in the C building at City Bay, you might see us coming and going. We’re usually the ones looking a bit tired but still getting the job done for our clients and neighbors.
