Vastuspace Realty Promoters & Developersllp is over at MSR Capital. We have Office No 12 on the second floor. You can find us right opposite the City International School, which is a good landmark if you’re trying to find the place. The address is technically 36(P) CTS No 5864. We’ve been working in the realty and development space for some time now. Our office is a practical space where we spend a lot of our hours looking at layouts and talking to contractors. We aren't the type to wear suits every day unless we really have to. We prefer to be out on the sites or sitting around the table getting things sorted. Being on the second floor of MSR Capital gives us a bit of a view, but mostly we’re focused on the work in front of us. It’s a lot of logistics and planning. We try to keep our feet on the ground. When people come by, they usually see us with maps or digital plans spread out. We don’t have a fancy receptionist or a coffee machine that does everything. It’s just a normal office for people who like building things. We handle the promoting and developing side of things, making sure projects move from being an idea to an actual structure. It's hard work, but we like seeing the progress. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, so we just take the stairs instead. It keeps us moving during a busy day of meetings and phone calls.
