VASTUSHRI SUPERSTRUCTURE LLP

Vastushri Superstructure LLP is based in Ravet, which is a part of Pune that has been seeing a lot of new buildings lately. Our office is located at Sr. No. 122, specifically in the Bhoomi Orabelle building. We are up on the tenth floor in flat A/1002. Working from a high floor gives us a decent view of the area, though mostly we just see more construction. The office itself is quite plain. It’s a residential flat that we’ve set up with desks and some equipment. We don't have a big corporate sign or a fancy entrance. It’s just a place where a few of us sit and handle the daily workload. We spend a lot of time looking at blueprints and talking to contractors on the phone. Ravet is a bit of a commute for some of us, but it’s a good location for the work we do. We try to keep things as simple as possible. There’s no marketing team or polished PR people here. We just deal with the reality of building things and managing projects. Sometimes the elevators in the building are slow, and we spend a few minutes chatting with the neighbors. It’s a very normal, everyday kind of environment. We aren't looking to become some massive firm; we just want to do our jobs well and keep things organized in our little corner of Pune. It’s a quiet but busy life.
