Vastushree Homes Private Limited

Our office is tucked away in Shop Number 241 within the Vision One complex right on the Mumbai Pune Highway. It’s a pretty convenient spot for us at Vastushree Homes Private Limited since we are always moving between site visits and meetings. The highway is always loud, so it’s actually quite nice once you step inside the shop and get away from all that traffic noise. We deal with housing projects mostly. It’s a lot of sitting down with people and going over floor plans or explaining how the local permits work around S.No. 56/4/1. We’ve been at this for some time, and the team here is small, just a few people who have lived in the area and understand how things are growing. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure the homes we’re involved with are solid and done right. Sometimes the office gets a bit hectic when we have a few different things going on at once, but we manage. You’ll usually see one of us drinking tea and staring at a computer screen trying to get the scheduling sorted. It’s a lot of coordination, really. Working near the highway means we see a lot of people coming through, and we quite like being part of this busy stretch.
