Vastushaili Construction Private Limited

Our small office for Vastushaili Construction is over in the Navjeevan Sundarben building, specifically Flat B-104. We are located in the Katraj area of Pune, near Survey Number 57. It’s a busy residential neighborhood and having the office in a flat makes it feel more like a family business. We handle a lot of the local building work around this side of town. The office is usually cluttered with site photos, cement samples, and folders for the different house numbers we are working on. It’s not a formal environment; we often have the windows open and you can hear the kids playing outside in the society. We spend our mornings visiting the plots and our afternoons back here at the desk. Construction in Pune can be tricky with all the new regulations, so we spend a lot of time just reading through the latest rules. We don't have a big staff, just a few reliable people who know how to read a plan and manage a crew. We try to be honest with everyone we work with, telling them exactly how long a wall will take or why the tiles are delayed. It is a practical business and we don't try to make it sound like more than it is. We just want to finish the work and move to the next site.
