We are Vastu Nirmiti Developers Llp, based out of the Megacenter in Magarpatta City. Our office is A 210, which is easy enough to find once you get into the complex. Hadapsar is a pretty busy area these days, and being in Magarpatta means we are right in the middle of a lot of growth. We’ve been here for a bit, handling various development projects. It’s a lot of sitting at desks, making phone calls, and dealing with the usual paperwork that comes with construction. We aren't a giant corporation, just a group of people who know how to put buildings together. We usually start our day early to beat the worst of the traffic. The office is where we do all our coordinating. We talk to engineers, check on supplies, and try to make sure everything is being done the right way. It’s a lot of coordination between different people. Magarpatta has changed so much since we first arrived, it’s hard to keep up sometimes. We like being in the Megacenter because everything we need is pretty much right here. Our focus is just on getting the work done without too much fuss. We don't spend much time on fancy stuff; we'd rather be out making sure the sites are progressing properly. It’s a straightforward business, really. We just take it one day at a time.
