VASLIYA CONSTRUCTION AND CONSULTING ENGINEERS PRIVATE LIMITED

Our office is located at Gat No. 196, specifically in Flat 104 of the A9 building in Kanchan Vrund. We are based in Pune. We do both construction and consulting engineering, which keeps our days pretty full. It is a mix of sitting at a computer looking at structural designs and then going out to a dusty site to see if the builders are following the plans correctly. Kanchan Vrund is a decent area and we like having our base of operations here. It is not a huge office, just enough space for our desks and the technical books we need to keep handy. Engineering can get complicated, but we try to explain things in a way that makes sense to everyone involved. We are not interested in sounding like a big corporate firm. We are just engineers and builders who know how to put things together. Sometimes the drawings take longer than expected, or a site visit reveals a problem we did not see coming, but that is just how it goes in this line of work. We’ve been working around Pune for some time now and have a good feel for the local ground conditions. We just take things as they come and try to solve problems as they pop up. If you are around Gat 196, you might see us coming or going with our gear. It is just normal daily work for us.
