Vari Properties Llp is located at C/O Jairaj & Co., specifically in Godown No. 530/531 in Market Yard, Gultekdi. Being in Market Yard means it is always loud and busy. There are trucks moving, people shouting, and the constant smell of grain and produce. Our office is essentially part of the godown setup. It’s not the kind of place where you’d expect a property firm to be, but it works for us. We handle property matters as an LLP. The space is practical, with high ceilings and plenty of room for storage. We share the space with the trading activities of Jairaj & Co., so there is a lot of overlap in the daily routine. Most of our furniture is old-fashioned wooden desks and metal chairs. We don’t have air conditioning that works all the time, so we keep the big doors open for air. It’s a very grounded way to work. We meet a lot of people from the trade sector who are looking for warehouse space or land for commercial use. It’s not a polished environment. There’s usually some dust from the market, and you have to watch where you walk because of the crates. But it’s an honest place. We spend our time checking records and talking to people who actually work the land or the markets. It’s a busy life here in Gultekdi, and we are right in the thick of it every single day.
