If you’re ever in Kothrud, you might pass by the Sai Prasad Complex in Kumbare Township. That’s where we are, in Flat No E-5. Kothrud is a busy part of Pune, and it’s been our home for Varad Nirman for quite a bit. We are a private limited company, but we don't really act like the big corporate types you see on TV. Our office is pretty modest, just a place to get the work done. We focus on construction and development, which means we spend a lot of time worrying about site plans and labor. The Pune market is always changing, so we have to stay sharp. We don't have a fancy mission statement or a bunch of slogans. We just build things. Some days the paperwork feels like it’s never going to end, and other days we are out at a site all day. It’s a balance. We’ve built a decent reputation around here just by being consistent. Most of our team has been with us for years. We aren't into the whole high-pressure sales thing. We just talk to people plainly and let them know what can and can't be done. Being based in S.No.52 gives us a good central point to reach most of our projects. It’s a practical setup for a practical business. We’re just regular people trying to do a good job in the building trade and making sure our clients know what to expect. We aren't fancy, but we know the work inside out.
