VARAD INFRACON LLP

Varad Infracon LLP is based out of Pune, specifically in the Camp area which is always packed with people. Our address is 1665 Bhimpura, and if you know the area, it's right near Hind Tarun Mandal. It’s an old part of the city, so the streets are narrow and you really have to watch where you’re driving. We’ve been operating from this spot for some time now. Most mornings start with the sounds of the neighborhood waking up and the local shops opening their shutters. It is not one of those high-rise corporate offices you see in the newer parts of Pune. We just have our desks set up here and we work through the daily tasks as they come. There is a lot of traffic on the way to the office, so we usually get an early start to avoid the worst of it. The guys here have been working together for a few years. We handle infra work, mostly focusing on things that need doing right in our vicinity. It gets busy during the festival seasons because Hind Tarun Mandal is a big landmark for the local community. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. If the door is open, someone is usually inside. We spend a lot of time out at sites too. It’s a busy life, but it’s what we know. Living and working in Camp has its own charm, even with the noise.
