We are located over at Tanish Orchid in Charholi Bk, right here in Pune. It is a bit of a trek if you are coming from the main city area, but the neighborhood is growing fast. Our office is in flat L-1204 on the fifth floor. Most days, you will find a few of us here looking over plans or dealing with paperwork for various sites. It is not some fancy corporate headquarters with glass walls and a lobby. It is just a regular space where the real work happens. Sometimes the elevators are a bit slow, but we make it work. Since we are in the infrastructure business, things can get pretty busy with different projects moving at different speeds. We spend a lot of time on the phone with site supervisors and suppliers. It gets quite warm in the afternoons, so we keep the fans going. We have been in this spot for a while now and have seen the buildings around Sr No 491 go up. We keep things pretty simple here. No big meetings or long presentations, just getting the job done day by day. It is a practical way to run things, and it suits us just fine.
