Vam Buildcon India Private Limited is based out of Akurdi. Specifically, we are over on Chikhli Road right near Thermax Chowk. If you know the area, we are just off from Force Motors at Sno 60 Milkat No 2692. It is a busy part of Pune to be in, but it makes sense for a construction business like ours. We spend a lot of our time going back and forth between the office and different sites nearby. Building things takes a lot of patience and coordination. There is always some paperwork to deal with or a supplier who is running late with a delivery. We have a small team here. Most of us have lived in the area for years, so we know the roads and the shortcuts. The office is pretty simple, nothing like those big corporate towers in Hinjewadi. We mostly have maps on the walls and plenty of tea throughout the day. People drop by to talk about their projects or just to check on progress. It is a lot of hard work, especially when the weather doesn't cooperate, but that is just how the building trade goes. We keep things straightforward. No one here is trying to be fancy. We just want to make sure the structures we work on are solid and done on time. It gets noisy with all the traffic from the main road, but you get used to it after a while. We are just regular people doing building work.
