Valmont Structures Pvt. Ltd. is situated in Hadapsar, specifically in the Pentagon 4 building. We are up on the 4th floor in Unit 403. It’s a pretty standard office building setup. You take the elevator up, walk down the hallway, and there we are. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and people talking about engineering and structures. It’s not a place with a lot of flash. We’re more focused on the drawings and the numbers than on how the office looks. The windows look out over the area, which is alright, but mostly we are just looking at our screens. We have our coffee breaks in the small pantry area and talk about things other than work sometimes. It’s a professional environment but not in a stiff way. We’re just a bunch of people who are good at what we do, trying to get the projects finished on time. The building itself is quite busy with other companies, so there is always a lot of movement in the lobby and at the snack shops downstairs. We don't have any big speeches about our ideals or anything. We just come in, do the work that’s assigned to us, and head home when the day is done. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a deadline, but that’s just how it goes in this line of work. It’s a decent place to spend the day, and we all get along well enough while we get things sorted out during the week.
