Our office is right there in the Success Square Complex, specifically Flat 301. We are located in Kothrud, which is a busy part of Pune. If you know where the Mrutyunjay Mandir is, we are just next to that at Karve Putala Square. It’s a good spot because everything is close by. We handle construction work across the city but this is where we keep all our paperwork and meet up in the mornings. The office isn't anything too special, just a place to get work done. We spend most of our time out where the actual building is happening anyway. Pune is growing so fast and we see new buildings going up every week it seems. We just try to do our part in that process without making too much of a fuss. The streets around here can get really crowded during the day, especially near the temple. Sometimes it takes a while just to get the truck through the traffic. We’ve been at this for some time now and have seen Kothrud change a lot. Working in construction means dealing with a lot of different people every day. From the guys delivering sand to the folks asking when their wall will be finished. We just take it one day at a time and try to get the jobs done. If you are in the neighborhood, you will probably see us around. We’re usually the ones with the dusty boots and blueprints.
