Valence Pharma

Valence Pharma is over at Shop No. 1 in the Akhil Apartments building. We are based in Balaji Nagar, which is a neighborhood that always feels active but not overly chaotic. Being in Shop 1 means we are right at the front, easy to spot when you are walking into the apartment complex. The space we have is quite modest, just enough for the storage racks and a small area for us to work. We spend a lot of our time moving boxes around to make sure we can find everything easily. Balaji Nagar has a lot of families, so we see many of the same people week after week. The shop doesn't have any of those modern, sleek designs you see in big cities. It's just a practical space with good lighting and a floor that we sweep every morning. We have a small fan in the corner that helps when the weather gets muggy. Sometimes the delivery vans have a bit of trouble parking on the narrow street near Akhil Apartments, so we often end up carrying things ourselves from the corner. It's a small team here, so everyone does a bit of everything, from cleaning to doing the accounts. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that; we just focus on getting the daily work done. It's a local business in a local neighborhood, and that suits us just fine.
