Prince Industries

We've been here at Plot J-10 in the Bhosari MIDC area for quite some time now. It’s a busy part of Pune, and we just keep our heads down and do the work. Prince Industries isn't a big fancy place with glass walls or anything like that. It’s a workshop where we handle metal and machinery parts day in and day out. Some days the machines run smooth, other days we're fixing things till late evening. That’s just how it goes in a place like this. Most of the guys here have lived in Pune for years, so we know the local shops and how things move around here. When people come to our spot in Bhosari, they see exactly what we are—grease on the floors and the sound of tools running. We don’t spend much time on fancy offices because the real work happens on the floor. It gets pretty loud sometimes, especially in the afternoons when everyone is pushing to get things done. We just focus on making what’s needed and making sure it works right before it leaves the gate. Sometimes the traffic outside J-10 gets backed up, but we’re usually too busy inside to notice much. It’s just us doing what we know how to do, day after day. No big speeches or complicated plans, just the daily grind of a machine shop in the industrial belt.
