Being located at Emcure House, T-184 in MIDC Bhosari means we are right in the middle of all the industrial action. It isn't pretty, but it’s where the real work happens. We focus on getting the batches right and meeting the deadlines. Sometimes we stay late when a big order needs to go out, but that’s just part of the deal. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture or art on the walls. It’s a workspace meant for working. People here are mostly focused on their specific tasks, whether that's quality control or managing the warehouse floor. It’s steady and predictable for everyone here.
