Vakratund Builders And Developers Private Limited is located in Pune, specifically over in the area behind Woods Royale. Our office is at S No 71 in the Devyani building, Flat No 501. It’s a quiet enough spot once you get away from the main road traffic. We chose this place because it’s easy for us to reach the different sites we are working on. Being on the fifth floor gives us a decent view of the neighborhood. We aren't the kind of developers who have a giant glass showroom. It’s just a regular office where we look at blueprints and talk to contractors. Most of our day is spent on the phone or out at construction sites, so the office is mostly for the paperwork and meetings. We’ve been in Pune for a while and have seen 411038 change quite a bit with all the new buildings popping up. Sometimes it feels like there is construction on every corner. We just focus on our own projects at Vakratund. We don't have a big corporate hierarchy here. If you come by, you’ll probably see a few of us sitting around a table with tea, trying to figure out the schedule for next week. It’s a lot of hard work and we just take it one day at a time. The building is easy to find if you know where Devyani is. We like it here because it feels like home.
