We're based out of Shrinishida Society in Pune, specifically over in the SN-580/1A area. It’s a quiet residential neighborhood, which suits the way we like to work. Vainik Builders And Developers Private Limited isn't a massive firm with a lot of flash. We’re more about the day-to-day reality of building houses and fixing up spaces. You won't find us using a lot of big words or making promises we can't keep. We just look at what needs to be done and try to find a sensible way to do it. The office is often a bit cluttered with blueprints and samples of tiles or wood, but we know where everything is. Living and working in Pune for so long has given us a good feel for what people here actually need. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to build things that people are happy to live in. Some days it feels like we spend more time on the phone than on the site, but that’s just how it goes with permits and supplies. We like the local vibe of our society and the fact that we can just walk down the street and talk to people. It’s a humble way to run a business, but it keeps us grounded and focused on the job at hand. We might not have the biggest signs, but we are here every day getting it done for the neighborhood.
