Vaibhav Happy Home is located at 55 Maa Krupa Estate on Surelia Road. We are pretty close to the Shankar Estate in the Amraiwadi area, just off Bajirao Road. Our place is part of a larger estate, so there are always neighbors around. We work in the housing and property side of things. It’s a busy office most days with people coming in to ask about different places to live or stay. The desk is usually covered in papers and maps of the local area. We’ve been in Amraiwadi for a while and we know the streets pretty well. It isn't a high-end corporate office. It's more of a place where you can sit down and have a real conversation. We have a small staff who manages the daily tasks. Sometimes things get a bit disorganized when we have a lot of people visiting at once, but we manage to get through it. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency out there. We just like helping people find a spot that works for them. The name on the sign is what we go by. If you’re near Bajirao Road, you can find your way to us easily enough. We just take things day by day and try to keep our clients updated on what is available. It’s a local business run by local people who have been in the neighborhood for a long time.
