We have our setup at Flat No.8 in Bansal Paradise, over in Chinchwad. It’s near the Anusaya Babar Garden. We call ourselves Vaastu Dreams Om Sai Developers Llp. Most days we are just here at S.No.126/2, Plot No.33, trying to get things sorted for our building projects. It’s not a massive corporate office, just a practical place where we look at plans and meet people. This part of Mohannagar is home to us. We handle a lot of the development work around here. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with blueprints and files everywhere, but that’s just how we work. We aren't about fancy presentations; we just want to get the houses built. It’s a local operation and we’ve been here for a good while now. Being near the garden is nice for a break once in a while. We know the neighbors and the local shops. When we start a new project, we spend most of our time at the site, so the office might be empty for a few hours. We don't have a receptionist or anything, just us doing the work. It’s hard work, especially with how the local rules for developers keep changing, but we stay on top of it. Being in Chinchwad helps because we know the local guys and how things get done here. It’s a straightforward business, really, no fuss. There is always something new to learn in this line of work, but we manage just fine.
