V & V BUILDCON LLP

V & V BUILDCON LLP is based out of Flat 101 in the Riveria Valentina building, which is part of the Skyawards area in Pune. It’s a nice enough spot and we’ve set up our workspace here to handle all the construction and building stuff we do. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of employees. It’s just a few of us making sure that the projects stay on track. Pune is growing so fast, so there is always some new work coming up for us to look at. We spend a lot of time visiting sites and making sure the workers have what they need to get the job done right. It’s not always smooth sailing, because construction involves a lot of moving parts and sometimes things just go wrong. When they do, we just deal with it. We don't use any of those big words or complicated phrases to explain things. We just tell it like it is. Most of our days are spent on the phone or sitting at the table going over site drawings. It can be tiring, but it’s what we know how to do. We’ve been around this part of Pune for a bit and we like how the community is developing. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm out there, just one that gets the work finished. If you come by, you’ll see we are just regular people working hard in a simple office without any extra fluff.
