Utkarsh Indus Construction Private Limited

We’re based out in Narhe, Pune, specifically at Shri Siddhivinayak Aangan. Our office is E-32, in the 54/6 block. It’s right near Navle Lawns, which is a big landmark for anyone trying to find us. Being in construction, we’ve got a lot of gear and papers lying around the office. Utkarsh Indus Construction Private Limited is mostly about getting out there and building, so the office is really just our home base for the admin side of things. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city, but we like it here because it’s closer to a lot of the projects we’re working on. The office feels like a real workspace—there are blueprints pinned to the walls and usually a few hard hats sitting near the door. It’s not a place for fancy meetings. We usually just sit around the main desk and figure out the schedule for the week. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty when the wind blows through Narhe, but we don't mind. It’s nice being near Navle Lawns because there’s always some landmark to tell people when they get lost. Our space is a bit cramped when we have the supervisors in for a meeting, but we just pull up extra stools and make it work. We’ve got a team that’s been together for a while, so we all know how to pick up the slack. It’s just a straightforward operation.
