You can find us in Narhe, Pune, specifically at Shri Siddhivinayak Aangan. Our unit is E-32, and the building is 54/6. We are pretty close to Navle Lawns, which is a good landmark if you’re trying to find the place. Narhe has grown a lot lately, and we’ve been right in the middle of it. Our office is a practical space where we handle construction projects. There are usually rolls of drawings leaning against the walls and a few dusty boots by the door. We aren’t big on polished presentations; we just talk about bricks, mortar, and timelines. The team here at Utkarsh Constrowell is basically just local folks who know how to build things. We spend a lot of time out at the sites, so the office is mostly for the paperwork and the meetings with suppliers. It gets hot in the afternoons, so we keep the fans going and try to stay on top of the schedule. We deal with all kinds of building work, and every day brings a different problem to solve. Navle Lawns always has something going on, so there’s a bit of a buzz in the air around here. We like being based in this part of Pune. It’s a working-class area and that suits us just fine. We just focus on doing the job and keeping our heads down. It is hard work but it keeps us busy and we are happy with that. We have been part of the local community for quite a while now.
