Urbobuild Buildcon Private Limited

You can find us at Sonigra Chambers, on the first floor. We are located near the Marketyard Petrol Pump at Plot No 2, Survey No 530. It’s a fairly busy area, especially with all the activity around the market yard. We go by the name Urbobuild Buildcon, and we mostly deal with construction and building projects. Our office is a simple place where we manage the logistics and the accounts. There’s usually someone here drinking tea and looking over some site photos. Being near the petrol pump makes it easy for people to give directions to our place. We aren't a high-end firm with fancy carpets. It’s more of a practical space for practical people. The construction business has its ups and downs, depending on the season and the costs of materials. We just keep our heads down and try to get the projects finished. Sometimes things get delayed, and we have to explain that to folks, which isn't always fun. But we try to be as direct as possible. Pune’s market yard area is always moving, and we’re just a small part of that environment. We don't have a big mission statement or anything like that. We just build things and try to make sure they stand up well. It's just what we do for a living, day in and day out. We've been at Sonigra Chambers for quite some time now.
