We are Urbanbrick Developers Llp. Our office is situated in Balewadi at the Arena Society, specifically in Flat-B/601. It’s right behind Mitcon College. We spend our time working on building projects around Pune. It is not always easy work, as anyone who has been on a construction site knows. There are a lot of small details to track and people to manage. We aren’t a huge company with hundreds of employees. It is just a few of us here making sure the work gets done. Most days we are either at our desks looking at site plans or out in the sun checking on the progress of a building. We have been in Pune for a while and have seen the city change a lot. Balewadi especially has grown so fast recently. The college nearby keeps the area lively which is nice. We like the energy of this part of town. We just focus on our own tasks and try to keep things simple. We do not use any fancy business talk or big promises. We just build what needs to be built. Sometimes things get delayed because of the weather or other issues, but that is just part of the job. People in the neighborhood know where to find us if they have questions about what we are doing. We just try to be honest and work hard every day. It’s a regular life for us here at the office.
