Our office is located in Khed Shivapur, specifically in the B Wing, Flat No. 206 at G No. 779/A and 779/B. It’s a bit of a trek out here in Haveli, but we like the space and the pace of the area. Univision Constrowell Private Limited isn't your typical high-rise corporate office. We’re tucked away in a residential-style building, which keeps things feeling grounded and personal. We spend most of our time dealing with the nuts and bolts of construction and wellness projects. It’s a lot of coordination, making sure the right people are at the right site at the right time. Being based in Khed Shivapur means we see a different side of the region's growth, and we’re happy to be involved in it. We don't have a big marketing department writing fancy brochures for us. Instead, we just focus on the projects we have on our plate. If you come by, you’ll probably see us buried in plans or heading out to check on a foundation. It’s hard work, and the days can be long, but there’s a lot of satisfaction in seeing a project actually get finished. We try to be straightforward with everyone we work with. No big promises that can't be kept, just a steady effort to do the work we said we’d do. It’s a small operation, but we take pride in being reliable and local to the Haveli area, doing things our own way.
