Unitree India Buildcon Llp is based in the Kondhwa Khurd area, specifically in Unit Number 115 on the first floor of Bizz Bay. This is a well-known commercial spot on NIBM Road, right opposite the Clover Hills area. It is a pretty active part of Pune, with a lot of shops and cafes around. Our office is tucked away on the first floor, providing a decent space for us to manage our construction business. We have a few workstations and a small corner where we can sit down with clients or suppliers. The Bizz Bay building is usually buzzing with people, so there’s always a bit of energy in the air. We’ve been here for some time now and it suits our needs perfectly. Most of our work involves coordinating between different sites and making sure the labor and materials are all synced up. It’s a lot of phone calls and a lot of checking spreadsheets. We aren't the sort of people who wear suits every day; we’re usually in casual clothes and ready to head out to a dusty site at a moment's notice. The NIBM area has its own charm, and we’ve gotten to know many of the other business owners in the building. It’s a practical place for us to work from while we focus on the actual building projects we have going on around the Taluka Haveli region.
