Unitatis Developments Private Limited

Unitatis Developments is based in Pune, specifically over in the Kondhawa area. You can find us near the Trish Minar building. It’s a busy part of town, and we’ve been working from here for a bit. Our work is all about development projects. Pune is growing so fast, it feels like there is a new site opening up every week. We try to keep up with all the changes. Our office is a practical space where we look at maps and sort out the project details. It’s not fancy. We have a few desks and a lot of paper. Most of our day is spent talking to contractors or visiting the actual building sites around Kondhawa. It’s a lot of driving around and checking on progress. We don't really do the big marketing push. Most people find out about us through others in the neighborhood. Development is a tough business with lots of moving parts, but we just take it one day at a time. We focus on getting the structures up and making sure the permits are in order. It’s a lot of boring office work mixed with the noise of the construction sites. We like being in Pune. The energy here keeps us going. We just do our bit to build what the city needs. No frills, just regular work that needs to be done every day to keep the lights on and the projects moving forward.
