Unique Spaces Llp

We are over here at Ashwini Society in Shivajinagar. It’s a quiet spot most days, but the traffic gets a bit much when school finishes nearby. Unique Spaces Llp is just us working out of B 38. We spend a lot of time on the phones and looking at drawings. It isn't a massive corporate office with fancy machines, just desks and a lot of paper. Most of the time we are out on sites anyway, so the office is just for catching up on emails. Sometimes the neighbors come by to chat, which is nice. We have been in Pune for a while now. Shivajinagar is a good spot for us because it’s central. You can get to most places from here without too much trouble, though the parking is a nightmare sometimes. We do a lot of planning here. It’s mostly just getting the work done day by day. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just the few of us trying to keep things moving. We deal with various projects and it keeps us pretty busy. The building itself is older, which we like. It has more character than those glass towers you see everywhere else. We usually have tea around four and talk about what needs to be finished before the weekend. It’s a simple way to run things, but it works for us. We just keep our heads down and do the job.
