Unique Contracts Private Limited is situated at S No. 586, A/1, on the third floor of the Era Society in Gultekadi. It’s a quiet enough spot for an office. We do a lot of contract work across the city. It’s not always easy because every project has its own set of problems. One day it’s a delay in materials and the next it’s a change in the plans. We just roll with it. The office is usually full of files and old blueprints. We aren't really into the modern, minimalist office look. We like having our stuff where we can see it. People in Gultekadi know us as a group that doesn't mess around. We say what we mean. We don't spend money on big ads or glossy photos. Most of our work comes from people knowing who we are and what we’ve done before. It’s a bit old-fashioned but it works for us. We have a few desks and a big table for meetings, though most of our meetings happen over tea while standing around a site. That’s just the reality of contracting. You have to be where the work is. We’ve been at this for a while and we plan to stay at it as long as there is building to be done. It’s a simple life but it keeps us on our toes. We don't need any more than that to be satisfied with our day.
