Uniedifice Developers Private Limited is based in Pune, specifically at No 2/2, Dhanlaxmi, in the P 18 S Society of Vithalwadi. We are right in the Khandwa area of the city. It’s a residential neighborhood, so our office feels more like a home than a corporate building. Pune is growing so fast, and being in Vithalwadi keeps us right in the middle of all the new housing and development. We don’t have a big flashy sign outside. We’re just part of the society here. Most of our days are spent talking to architects or checking on the progress of our various building sites. It’s a lot of back-and-forth across the city, which can be a nightmare with the Pune traffic, but we manage. We aren’t interested in using corporate jargon or making big promises. We just look at the plans and try to get the structures up as best as we can. Our team is small, and we’ve all been doing this for a while, so we know the local quirks of the building industry. Sometimes the supply of sand is short or the labor doesn't show up, and we just have to figure it out on the fly. It’s a practical business. We like being in Dhanlaxmi because it’s a familiar spot where our neighbors can just drop in. We’re just regular people working in construction and trying to do a decent job for anyone who hires us.
