Umarji Associates

You can find Umarji Associates over at number 1 in Rama Krishna Nagar, which is in the Hadapsar area. We are right across the street from Hotel Govinda. It is a pretty easy spot to find because the hotel is such a big landmark for people around here. The office is on the ground floor, so people are always popping their heads in. It is a bit of a small space, filled with desks and a lot of paper that needs sorting. We spend a lot of time on the phone or typing away at the keyboards. Hadapsar is always busy, so there is a lot of energy right outside the door. Sometimes the smell of food from the hotel drifts over, which makes us all hungry before lunch time even starts. We have got a couple of old chairs for visitors and a clock on the wall that ticks a little too loud when it is quiet. We do not really do the whole corporate image thing; we are just regular folks doing our jobs in a neighborhood we know well. The lighting inside isn't the best, but we have enough lamps to see what we are doing. It is a practical place for practical work. We have known the guys at the surrounding shops for years, so it feels like a little community on this corner of Rama Krishna Nagar. It is just how we like it, nothing too formal or over the top.
