Uma Flora

Uma Flora operates out of a quiet spot at 8, Tejas Society in Kothrud. We are located in a residential area, so it’s much more peaceful than being on the main highway. The office is small and tucked away, which is how we like it. We’ve been here for a while and the space has become very familiar to us. It isn't a corporate setup by any means. We have our desks set up in a way that allows us to handle the daily work without tripping over each other. Kothrud is a great neighborhood to be in, and being part of Tejas Society gives us a sense of being part of the local community. Our days are spent dealing with various orders and making sure the administration side of things is taken care of. It’s a small group of us here, so we don't need a lot of formal rules or meetings. We just get on with it. There’s usually a lot of paperwork to sort through, and the phone rings more than you’d expect for such a quiet-looking place. We don't have a big fancy sign out front, just a small one so people know they have the right house. It’s a very hands-on job and we don’t mind getting our hands a bit dirty when we have to. It’s a simple, decent place to work.
