Our office for Ultimax Properties is on Apte Road in Pune, inside the Dhaval Shree building. It’s a well-known part of the city, near the 1244/45 plot. We’ve been working in the property sector here for some time now. Pune is changing so fast and there is always something happening with real estate. We are an LLP, which is just a way for us to organize the business. Most of our days are spent talking to people about land or flats and checking documents. Apte Road is a good place to be because it’s central. You can get anywhere from here easily. We don’t really go for those flashy brochures. We just talk to people plainly. If someone is looking for a place or needs help with property matters, they stop by. The office isn't huge but it fits our team just fine. We handle the local stuff around Maharashtra too. Sometimes the market is slow and sometimes it’s moving too fast to keep up. We just take it day by day. It’s a lot of phone calls and meetings, to be honest. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our job well and keep our heads down. That’s how we operate here at Ultimax in Pune. It’s a decent way to make a living in a city we like.
