Ub Engineering Limited is based in Pune at Aashiyana Residency, where we have Flat No. 2. This is located in Samartha Nagar on the Sumanshree Mangal Karyalaya Road. The pin code is 411 027. Since we are in a residency, the office has a very local and relaxed feel. It’s not like those cold, glass office buildings you see in the city center. We are in a neighborhood where people live and shop, and that suits us just fine. Our office is basically a flat that we’ve converted into a workspace with desks, computers, and filing cabinets. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes, but it works for our small team. We are right near the mangal karyalaya, so it can get a bit noisy when there are weddings or big events happening, but usually, it’s just the normal sounds of Samartha Nagar. We don't do any big marketing or have a fancy website. Most of our work comes from people who already know who we are. We spend our days focusing on engineering problems and keeping our projects on track. We take our breaks on the balcony and watch what’s going on down on the street. It’s a very simple and honest way to work. We like being part of the New Sangvi community. It’s just a regular office for a group of people who want to do a good job without any unnecessary fuss.
