Our office for U D Developers Llp is located at 602 Pulachiwadi in Shivaji Nagar. We are on the first floor, in Flat Number 101 of Ruchi Apartment. Shivaji Nagar is right in the thick of things in Pune, and being near the river means it’s a very familiar spot for anyone who has lived here long. The building is a regular residential apartment block, so it feels more like a home than a cold business office. We like it that way because it’s relaxed and quiet. We have a few desks set up and some shelves for all the project files we’ve gathered over the years. Usually, there’s a pot of tea going and some maps of the city pinned to the walls. We don't have a lot of staff, just a few of us who handle the day-to-day tasks. Because we are so central, it’s easy for us to get to any part of the city, though the traffic on the main roads can be a bit of a nightmare during peak hours. We try to do most of our traveling in the afternoons when it’s a bit calmer. People drop by mostly to discuss ongoing work or to check on how things are going with their properties. It is a very hands-on kind of business. We don't believe in making things complicated, so we just talk plainly and try to solve problems as they come up.
