TYAGI PROPCON LLP

We are based out in Dhanori, specifically in the Navrang Developers building in Siddheshwar Nagar. It’s a growing part of Pune, and we’ve been here watching the area develop. Tyagi Propcon is basically a small team of us working on various property and construction tasks. Our office isn't anything fancy; it’s just a practical space where we can meet and get our paperwork done. We spend a lot of time out on the field, checking on site progress or meeting with contractors. When we are back at the desk, it’s usually to catch up on the endless administrative stuff that comes with this line of work. It’s a busy life, but we prefer it that way. We don’t use a lot of big words or complicated charts. We just tell people how it is. If a project is delayed, we say so. If we find a good spot for a new building, we get to work. The building we are in has a lot of other local businesses, so it’s a lively atmosphere. We’ve built some good relationships with the neighbors here. It feels like we are part of the local fabric. Most of our work comes from word of mouth, which we appreciate. We just want to keep doing what we do, building things and helping people find land or homes in this part of the city. It’s simple, honest work that keeps us going.
