We are based over at The Chambers, specifically in G1/02 on Plot No-4/12/13. It’s just off the main Nagar Road in Viman Nagar. Being in this part of Pune, the traffic is always a bit of a headache, but it’s a central spot for us. This location serves as our office for the India branch of Tvh. We deal with a huge range of parts for industrial equipment and forklifts. Unlike a small workshop, we spend a lot of time on computers and on the phone, tracking orders and making sure the right parts are getting shipped to where they need to go. The office is a bit more formal than a garage, but we aren't the type to wear suits. We’re just regular people trying to keep track of thousands of different part numbers in our system. It gets pretty hectic when a big shipment comes in or when we have a backlog of inquiries to get through. Viman Nagar is a busy area with lots of shops and offices around, so there’s always somewhere to grab a quick bite when we get a break. We handle a lot of the logistical side of things here, acting as the middleman between the manufacturers and the local shops that need the spares. It’s a lot of data entry and talking to warehouse managers. We just try to keep things moving smoothly so that machines across the region don't stay idle for too long because of a missing part.
