We are located in Shivaji Nagar, right near the Balgandharva Chowk. It’s a very central part of Pune, so there is always a lot of noise and people moving around outside. We deal with oilfield equipment, which sounds very technical, but to us, it’s just about getting the right parts to the right people. We’ve got a small office here where we handle all the paperwork and coordination. It’s not a huge warehouse, but we stay busy with orders coming in. Most of the time, we are talking to suppliers or checking on shipments. We aren't the type to wear suits and ties; we're usually just in regular clothes, drinking tea and looking at technical drawings. It can be stressful when a client needs a part yesterday, but we do what we can to speed things up. We’ve been in this spot for several years now. The traffic around the chowk can be a nightmare in the evenings, but being centrally located makes it easier for people to find us. We don't do much advertising. Most of our work comes from people we've known for a long time in the industry. It’s just a steady, practical business. We try to keep things moving and stay helpful to anyone who calls or walks through the door.
