We operate out of the Dwarkesh Industrial Estate over in Gulve Vasti, Bhosari. Our spot is at Sr. No. 15/1. If you know Bhosari, you know it’s mostly factories and workshops, and we fit right in. Vision Facility Management Pvt. Ltd. isn't a company with a high-rise office. We’re on the ground, dealing with the daily grind of keeping buildings and facilities running. It’s a lot of coordination. One day we’re dealing with plumbing issues, the next it’s electrical or cleaning stuff. It never really stops. The industrial estate is a busy place, always trucks coming and going and a lot of dust in the air. Our office is simple—just some desks, a few chairs for visitors, and plenty of clipboards. We spend more time out at different sites than we do sitting here anyway. We aren't interested in sounding like a big multinational. We’re just a team that knows how to manage a property. It’s hard work and often thankless, but someone has to do it. We talk to building owners and tenants all day long. Sometimes things break at the worst possible time, and we just have to figure it out. That’s the reality of it. We don't have a marketing department writing these words; it’s just us telling you where we are and what we do.
