Ferreterro India Pvt. Ltd. operates out of C-13 in the Shubhash Nagar Shopping Centre. We are located in Shastri Nagar. It’s a shopping centre, but we use our unit more for the administrative side and some small storage. It’s a bit of a mix of things. People come in thinking it’s a regular shop, but we do more specialized work than that. The area is quite residential around the shopping centre, so it's a bit quieter than an industrial zone. We have neighbors who run grocery stores and small hair shops. It makes the day interesting to see the neighborhood move. We've been in Shastri Nagar for a while. The office is small but we fit everyone in. We have some desks and a couple of computers that are a bit old. Most of our work is done over the phone or through emails with our suppliers. We don't really do walk-in retail, even though we are in a shopping centre. It’s just where we found a good space for a fair price. Sometimes it’s hard to find parking near Shubhash Nagar in the evenings. We tell people to come early if they need to visit. We are just a group of people trying to keep the business going. We handle different types of hardware and industrial supplies. It’s a lot of inventory management. No fancy uniforms or big meetings. Just regular work hours and making sure the clients get what they asked for.
