Tushar Builders & BKP Infra Llp is located in Pune, over at the Shri Sadguru Niwas Society. Our office is number 03, situated in Bhargav House. The area is S.No.16/5/1. It’s a local spot, and we have been here for a while. The office isn't very large, but it is enough for the team we have. We spend most of our time dealing with the nuts and bolts of infrastructure and building. It is not the kind of work that happens in a shiny skyscraper. We are on the ground, literally, most of the time. The office is where we come to do the planning and the math. It is often a bit messy with blueprints and folders scattered around. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea, which is pretty much what keeps us going through the afternoon. Pune is a busy city, and our little corner of it is no different. You can hear the neighborhood sounds all day. We are just a group of people working hard to make things move forward. There are no fancy titles or corporate rules here; we just talk to each other and get the work finished. If a problem comes up, we sit down and figure it out together. It’s a humble setup, but it’s ours, and it works for what we do without any unnecessary polish or corporate language.
