We are located on the 1st floor of the Vora Kothari Building, number 1025 A. It’s in Sadashiv Peth, right across from Shivaji Mandir. If you’re looking for us, we’re also near the Peru Gaste Police station. Being on the first floor is okay, but carrying heavy things up the stairs is a bit of a workout. Tulips Abience Pvt. Ltd. is a busy place most of the time. Sadashiv Peth is a very traditional area and it has a lot of character. We can hear the sounds from the street all day, especially when there’s something going on at the Mandir. Our office has a lot of files and some samples of the work we do. The building is older, so it has those thick walls and a certain smell to it. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea for anyone who comes by. Sometimes the police from the station nearby come over just to chat or ask about something on the road. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or working at our desks. It’s a private limited company, so there’s always a bit of corporate stuff to handle, even if we are a small team. We like being in this part of Pune. It feels like we are right in the middle of everything that matters. We just keep working through our list of things to do.
