TRIVIVA CONSTRUCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED

Our place is in Pune, out in the Haveli area. We're in Siddhi Arcade, specifically flat number 01 on Survey Number 57/2/1. It’s right near Arun Bagh, which is a nice landmark if you're trying to find us. Triviva Constructions has been operating from this arcade for some time. It’s a basic office setup, nothing too flashy or modern. We have a few desks and a small area where we keep our tools and equipment when they aren't out on a site. The arcade itself can get pretty busy during the day with people coming and going. We like being in this part of Pune; it feels a bit more grounded than the city center. Sometimes the water supply in the building is a bit temperamental, but we manage. We handle various construction jobs, and most of our time is spent talking to contractors or checking on progress. It’s a lot of coordination. We don’t have a big team, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. From answering the phone to going out to look at a foundation, it’s all part of the job. It gets dusty, especially with all the work happening around here. We just keep our heads down and do what needs to be done. It’s a small local business, and we’re happy with that.
